Noah's Child
by Kate Uhlir

Our senior artist calls herself "aged" and gently, but very firmly, states that she is identified only as Noah's Child (Noah provided safety for all creatures; she wishes she could save them all herself).

At her Chardon studio, called Someday Station, she arises in the morning saying

"It's a good day when you can put paint on a piece of paper".

She has many good days! With a world of inspiration just outside her windows she states that her favorite subject is "fur and feathers".

Noah's Child, a watercolorist, who uses "good brushes, good paper" and transparent watercolors, has been painting for seven years. Her wit and work are seen in exhibitions and private collections all over the world.

She is a life long naturalist who lives with lots and lots of snow on a 30-acre farm in Chardon, Ohio.
